MOBBs
Thanks to everyone who has made themselves available for the MOBBs Tournament on 27th November. You have the following jobs:
This Weekend it’s the MOBBs Tournament
As you all know this Sunday it’s the MOBBs Tournament. Some of the times have changed so please could you take the time to read the section relevant to you.
Collecting Payment

Please arrive at 0800hrs. Please come to the registration tent where I have buckets to collect payment in with change and programmes. I expect most would have arrived before 1000hrs so some will be free to help out in the kitchen/BBQ from then. A few will need to stay on the Car Park for longer including manning the top gate for the U16s. Buckets need to be returned to the registration tent when done to be locked in my car, will have further details on the day.

Please arrive at 0800hrs and come to the registration tent. Two will need to man the main car park and one on the side (until full). I expect most would have arrived before 1000hrs so one will be free to help out in the kitchen/BBQ from then plus man the top gate for the U16s.
BBQ

Please arrive for 0800hrs with the intent of having the BBQ set up for 0900hrs. I do not think the BBQ will finish before 1400hrs at the earliest but we will rotate with those who have finished car parking. Linda or Bridgett in the kitchen will provide all the info you need.

Please arrive for 0800hrs with the intent of having the kitchen up and running for 0900hrs. I’m not sure what time the kitchen will stop but guess not before 1400hrs but we will rotate with those who have finished car parking. Please find Linda or Bridgett in the kitchen.
Other
Lee and I will be setting things up on Saturday afternoon and there from early Sunday morning. The boys can join Lee in the team tent from when you arrive. Lee and Cheryl will be running the team while I run registration and scores etc. Hamer will be selling raffle tickets.
If I’ve missed anyone or if you know of anyone else who can help out I think those in the kitchen and BBQ would be very grateful for the opportunity to rotate so please come/bring them along.
