Under 7's Duties - kitchen, car park, bbq

Please note this season our age group will have to help in the duty rota.
Our days for helping are:
Sunday 4th Dec 2011
Sunday 5th Feb 2012
Sunday 1st April 2012
We will need 10 helpers on each day.
3 for Car Park duty from 9.15am - 10.30am
4 for Kitchen duty 9.20am - till closure... (approx 2pm on Match days)
3 for BBQ duty 11am - till approx 1.30pm
If we do not have enough helpers, the coaches will have to do it, then there will be no sessions for the 7's.
You hopefully shouldn't have to do more than 2 days helping or the same job twice. (as obviously some are longer than others)
At the beginning of the season we will allocate your duty, if you know you definitely cant do one of those days already then please let me know ASAP.
If you are allocated a day then nearer the time you realise you cant make it, then it is your responsibility to find cover for your duty.
Remember the club is run by volunteers so please support the club by doing your bit.
