The chosen accommodation is 'The 3 Pears'
being the most cost effective option in the local area and only a short canal walk from Worcester RFC.
Worcester Wanders (http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/worcesterrfc/) are also based adjacent to the Premiership club facilities so also convenient for the Sunday tournament.

The total estimated cost will be around £125 per couple and includes the following…
• x1 junior Match Day Experience ticket (includes lunch, drink and match entrance)
• x1 discounted adult match day ticket
• x1 room (dad/lad sharing) B&B accommodation at The 3 Pears (Premier Inn)
• Lunch for lads on Sat

Not included…
• Meals/snacks/drinks (except Sat lunch for lads and full breakfast for dads/lads on Sun morning)
• Travel to/from Worcester
• Insurance (TBA)
• Fines for stupid behaviour!

In order to secure tickets we need to book with Worcester RFC within the next 2 weeks so I need a (non-refundable) deposit of £25/pair by end of October, cheques made payable to ‘Towcestrians’ please. The balance will be spread across x4 further monthly payments of £25 each in Nov, Dec, Jan, and Feb. Those wishing to pay £125 up-front are more than welcome to do so.

Let’s build on the huge success of last year’s tour and get as many of us to Worcester as possible. Tour dress code will be advised nearer the time and, due to doing such a fantastic job last year, Mr. Crispin Slee has already been nominated as Tour Captain and general MC. As a footnote, there has been a request that all furniture be left in one piece on this tour (Crispin!).
Regards,
Jez.
