Dear all

A call for assistance for all those who can help out at Silverstone this year!!
As usual Towcestrians are running a bar at the Silverstone campsite, it is a fantastic fund raiser for the club which needs everyone’s help

We are looking for support setting up, stewards & bar staff as well as clearers up as follows:

Sunday 4th July (Set-up) Anytime during day
Thursday 8th July (Bar/Steward) 7.30pm - Midnight
Friday 9th July (Bar/Steward/Gate)7.30pm - Midnight
Saturday 10th July (Bar/Steward/Gate)7.30pm - Midnight
Sunday 11th July (Bar/Steward) 5.30pm – 11pm ish
Monday 12th July (Clear-up)

Anyone able to help please contact Duncan Wakelin on (07980) 762063 or e-mail on dwakelin@farming.co.uk. Please let Duncan know before time so he can plan his manning for the various days

For anyone who has not helped out before and is unsure of the arrangement we will be meeting in front of the club house at 7.15pm on Friday Saturday & Sunday to lift share up to Silverstone as car parking is tight at the bar.

As last year, the door staff will not allow in any under-18’s unless accompanied by their parents, and anyone under 21 will need ID proving they are over 18. Wristbands will be issued to helpers to allow them access into our compound.

The World Cup Final is taking place Sunday evening following the race and we are anticipating a very busy evening as we are planning on showing this in our marquee.

We are also running the bar at Blakesley Show from 10.30am until late at night on Saturday 7th August. Please let Duncan if you are able to help at any of these times:
