The U14s returned to winning ways with an excellent performance against Dunstable.
The forwards dominated their opponents in the first half, which with the help of a strengthening breeze was played for the most part in the opponents half.
Dunstable added some power to their Scrum in the second half but the Tows pack held their own and continued to provide plenty of front foot rugby and ample ball for the backs.
With man of the match Ben at number 10 mixing up his running and passing, the backs added their efforts and in the final event the tries were evenly spread.
Will P with a brace and Colm going over for the forwards and Matt, Euan and Will F for the backs. Even with the difficult wind Rob managed to chip in with 3 conversions.
The only blemish on the day saw the referee award a second half penalty try to the hosts following repeated infringements in the home teams only sustained period of pressure of the match.
With all the available players getting a run out the performance augers well as we move on into the season.
